Azure native, CRM neutral. HelpFirst is a CRM plugin, built around the machine learning capabilities of Azure. Our insights can be delivered to Dynamics 365 or the CRM of your choice. No legacy technology. Founded in April 2023, built from the ground-up on LLM technology.

As a first step, all data is pseudonymised, to remove Personally Identifiable Information, housed in secure architecture.We have Cyber Essentials certification for your peace of mind.

We zero in on the highest priority items to unlock value and deliver impact. We run riskiest assumption tests, avoid rabbit holes and push at open doors. We often suggest starting with an exploration of best practice, for example through reviewing analogous projects, published papers and best in class products. Evaluation is often the crux of the challenge, for which we could employ prompt engineering, LLM fine tuning, RAG and classical NLP.

We like to start with a couple of days in-person to ensure we’re on the same page and resolve potential blockers. We’ll then run a series of 2-week sprints to push forward high priority items, with a fortnightly stakeholder workshop to explore our latest thinking. We’ll end with a 2-week reporting and wrap-up phase.
